Our History

Joseph and Maria Butera began creating their traditional and unique Pizzas using family recipes handed down through generations. Since 1997, we have been serving some of the tastiest Italian dishes in the Western Hemisphere!! Gradually, the menu has expanded from primarily Pizzas to include sandwiches, pasta dishes, salads, appetizers and calzones. We strive toward the highest standards, and it shows. Joseph’s ancestors are from a small town near Palermo, Sicily. The name of the town is Butera. His family made such delicious pizzas, pastas, breads, and sandwiches, that he decided it was time to share these wonderful foods with everyone. We’re sure you’ll agree our dishes are some of the best you will ever eat.

About the Franchise

Our franchise system is designed to train and support a franchisee on a continuous basis. At the same time, we encourage individual creativity and input.

The training we offer is a hands-on program. We feel that on-site training in your own store makes the learning experience less stressful, as well as allowing you and your employees to become familiar in your new workplace. We make training fun and enjoyable.
